Right of withdrawal
Time limit: 14 calendar days from product receipt (physical products) or order validation (software)
Eligible products:

- ❌ Software licenses whose execution has begun with customer agreement
- ❌ Personalized or custom-made products
Returns for defect or non-conformity
Time limit: 2 years from product receipt (legal guarantee of conformity)
Covered defects:
- ✅ Defective or damaged products
- ✅ Non-conformity to description
- ✅ Malfunctions affecting normal use
- ❌ Minor aesthetic variations (handmade products)
- ❌ Normal wear or misuse

- Report defect to soufflemusique@gmail.com with photos if possible
- We offer: repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction
- Return costs covered by Souffle Musique in case of proven defect
Return conditions (withdrawal)
Product condition:
- Product in original packaging
- In perfect condition (unused, undamaged)
- Complete with all accessories and documentation

- Return product within 14 days following notification
- Return costs at customer's expense
Refund
Time limit: 14 days maximum after receipt of returned product
Amount:
- Product price + standard shipping costs
- Express shipping costs not refunded
- Return costs not refunded
